New construction

Ground-up builds, managed like we own them

Additions and new builds across the Bay Area — permitted, scheduled, and run by one accountable team from dirt to walkthrough.

What we do

Home additions

Bedrooms, suites, garages, second stories — matched to the existing structure.

Ground-up builds

New construction from foundation to final, with one team accountable throughout.

Outdoor structures

Covered patios, outdoor kitchens, workshops, and storm-rated structures.

Permitting & engineering

Plans, permits, inspections — handled and documented, not dodged.

Site work

Demo, dirt work, drainage, and foundations built for Gulf Coast soil.

Project management

Schedule, subs, inspections, and budget — one point of contact for all of it.

How it goes

1

Feasibility & budget

Before drawings, an honest conversation about what your lot, codes, and budget really allow.

2

Plans & permits

Engineering and permitting done properly — it protects you at inspection and resale.

3

Build & walkthrough

Scheduled phases, inspection milestones, and a final walkthrough that ends when you're satisfied.

Straight answers

+How much does an addition cost?

It varies enough with site and scope that a real number requires a walkthrough — but we'll give you honest ballpark ranges in the first conversation, before you spend anything on plans.

+Do you handle the permits?

Yes — plans, engineering, permits, and inspections are part of the job. Unpermitted structural work bites you at insurance time and resale; we don't do it.

+How long does a build take?

Additions typically run a few months; full builds longer. Weather and inspections move schedules — what stays fixed is that you always know the current one.

+Will the addition match my house?

That's the craft — rooflines, brick, siding, and trim matched so it looks original, not bolted on.

Let's talk about what your property could hold.
