+How much does an addition cost?
It varies enough with site and scope that a real number requires a walkthrough — but we'll give you honest ballpark ranges in the first conversation, before you spend anything on plans.
+Do you handle the permits?
Yes — plans, engineering, permits, and inspections are part of the job. Unpermitted structural work bites you at insurance time and resale; we don't do it.
+How long does a build take?
Additions typically run a few months; full builds longer. Weather and inspections move schedules — what stays fixed is that you always know the current one.
+Will the addition match my house?
That's the craft — rooflines, brick, siding, and trim matched so it looks original, not bolted on.
